To make Paneer Jalebi, Paneer is required which can be made at home or brought from outside, flour, arrowroot (corn flour/powder), desi ghee and sugar syrup. Paneer Jalebi can be made with these ingredients.
To make Paneer Jalebi, the paneer is cut into small pieces, put in a cloth and kneaded like dough, that is, the paneer is massaged. For example, if Paneer Jalebi is made from 1 kilogram of paneer, then 100 grams of flour, 100 grams of arrowroot (corn powder) are mixed in 1 kilogram of paneer and fried in ghee through a sieve, after which it is dipped in sugar syrup.
